Applications are now being accepted for the
2008 Institute for Perception Award

We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting applications until January 23, 2009 for the Institute for Perception Award. This award is given annually to a senior undergraduate or graduate student demonstrating an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing, Sensory Science, Psychology, Economics or other related fields.

Requirements for applications are as follows:

• An Official copy of your most recent transcript
• A professional or academic letter of recommendation
• Proof of your scholarly interest demonstrated by a paper you have published or an essay on a contemporary issue in the field

The $1000 award and a plaque will be presented at our Spring 2009 short course. Also included is a complimentary invitation to attend the course Tools and Applications of Sensory Product Testing. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for the selected applicant. The winner's name will be announced on our web site and in The Institute for Perception's Newsletter.
