Student Award

We are pleased to announce that Annette Fritsch is the 2007 Institute for Perception Award winner. Annette is a graduate student of Dr. Thomas Shellhammer at Oregon State University. Her academic excellence and publication record made her an outstanding candidate.

Honorable Mention was awarded to Michael Nestrud, a senior undergraduate student at Cornell University. Studying with Dr. Harry Lawless, Michael shows great potential to impact the Sensory field.

Annette Fritsch, the winner of The Institute for Perception Student Award was unable to attend our course. Michael Nestrud, Honorable Mention, is pictured below (center) receiving his plaque and check for $500 from Dr. Daniel M. Ennis (President, left) and Dr. Benoit Rousseau (right).
