Client Services
Research Support
We provide full-service support to product developers and market researchers to design and optimize new and existing products and services. Using our proprietary Landscape Segmentation Analysis® and Drivers of Liking® methodologies we help our clients to see markets from their consumers' perspective and to design optimum product portfolios.
Statistical Counseling
We have extensive experience in the application of advanced statistical methods. We work on diverse client assignments which have included response surface designs, discrete choice modeling, time series, survival analysis and equivelance hypothesis testing.
Claims Support
We assist our clients in advertising claim and trademark disputes by providing consulting advice in the design, execution and communication of product and service messages. We teach a short course on product testing for claims support with the NAD (National Advertising Division of the Council for Better Business Bureaus.)
Quality Control
We have published extensively on the theory and applications of quality control methods, including multivariate methods. We apply these ideas to high-speed machine inspection of finished goods, setting specifications for sensory descriptive profiles of consumer products, and comparing the chemical composition of samples from different sources.
